Comparing programs
KidsMatter Primary has developed a Blank Categorisation Table to assist schools to select a program to teach social and emotional learning (SEL) to their students. As there are so many SEL programs available, some schools find it difficult to choose one that will meet the specific needs of their students. This resource can be used when selecting a SEL program for your school or comparing other SEL programs to the one you are already using at your school. Write down the programs you are interested in and copy the ratings into the relevant boxes. Compare each program to see which one will best fit the needs of your school.
