KidsMatter Transition to School: Parent Initiative has been developed by the Australian Psychological Society with funding from the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing. It builds on the KidsMatter Australian Primary Schools Mental Health Initiative which has been developed in collaboration with beyondblue, the Australian Psychological Society, Principals Australia, and with funding from the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing and beyondblue.
