Mental health doesn’t mean being happy all the time. Everyone knows what it’s like to be sad, angry, afraid, or upset. We will all experience and express these feelings in different ways. Sometimes these can lead to difficulties for children to manage. Children grow and change so quickly. The way they experience mental health, and the support they need from adults, can be quite different depending on their age.
