All children experience anger sometimes. It’s a normal reaction to life’s ups and downs as they learn to manage feelings of frustration, stress and disappointment.
Anger can be helpful – it can protect us or motivate us to achieve a goal. Other times it can be unhelpful. Adults can help children learn to understand their anger and how to express feelings without hurting themselves, other people, or property.
