Professional Services Manager (NT) - Cally Jeffers Cally Jeffers, Manager (NT)

Cally has been working with in the community services sector for the past nine years. Originally from WA, Cally has a range of experience in case management, project management, learning and education, working with youth and adults specifically in mental health and suicide prevention. She has also worked with young people in care, the LGBTI community and homelessness prevention.

Cally has worked in remote communities in both WA and NT and has significant experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Cally is passionate about raising awareness and implementing preventative action to reduce rates of mental health issues and suicide in communities.

 

Professional Services Coordinator (NT) - Brian Morgan

Brian is an experienced school teacher, completing his Graduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning from Charles Darwin University in 2008. He has worked with schools in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Ireland. He has experience working with School Wide Positive Behaviour Support; RMIT’s new mathematical project “Reframing Mathematical Futures”, and has completed accredited training in the TRIBES program, Kagan working groups and First Steps resources amongst others.
 
Having moved to Australia from his native Ireland in 2007, Brian has previously worked for a number of respected firms, his most recent employment before emigrating was with Masterfoods Ireland where he worked for three years. His responsibilities included managing the national consumer complaints team as well as their contract packaging operations with a turnover of over €2 million annually. Through his varied professional career as well as extensive travel, Brian has developed a clear and distinct communication style and a world view which enables him to work effectively with a wide variety of clients.
 

Professional Services Coordinator (NT) - Amanda Bantick

Amanda has over 10 years’ experience working with young people and holds expertise in employing strengths-based approaches to her work. She has worked as a teacher in a program for Koori teenagers in Melbourne’s North East, Wellbeing Coordinator of a South East Melbourne Secondary College with over 2000 students, and managed a Department of Education program in Darwin.

Amanda has worked in the Territory for the past six years, most recently as a generalist and school counsellor after having completed her Masters in Social Work. She is an accredited Safe Talk and ASIST facilitator, delivering training in suicide intervention and awareness across the Top End including to many remote Aboriginal communities.
