 Professional Services Manager - Craig ReidCraig Reid

Born in South Australia, Craig commenced his teaching career in 1990 and spent 15 years teaching largely in country SA before moving to the Sunshine Coast at the end of 2003. He became the Head of Student Services at Pomona State School in 2005 where he remained until the commencement of the 2013 school year. In 2006, Pomona State School signed on to be one of the first pilot schools for KidsMatter Primary and Craig coordinated the school-based Action Team.

 
Having been involved with KidsMatter Primary at the school level, Craig jumped at the opportunity to work with other schools as they embarked on this journey to make schools a happy, safe place working towards supporting children’s mental wellbeing. In his spare time, Craig enjoys cooking, gardening, and show his team of dogs.

 

Professional Services Coordinator - Aneta Iloska

Aneta supports the delivery and implementation of MindMatters (Secondary) and KidsMatter (Primary). Aneta completed her tertiary studies in Health Promotion and Health Services Management stemming from her passion to make a difference to people’s health and wellbeing. Aneta has delivered tutorials to undergraduate students at the University of Western Sydney in Essentials of Health Promotion and Health Planning Project subjects. Aneta has enjoyed delivering direct support and training to various professionals within the health, community and media sector such as the National Partners in Depression Initiative, ResponseAbility for Public Relations and the National Mindframe Media Initiative.

These evidence-based initiatives aimed to build the capacity of professionals through the implementation of best practice strategies in mental health promotion, prevention and early intervention. She is very passionate about preventing mental illness amongst young people, supporting them to learn and grow and strengthen their mental health. Aneta is looking forward to supporting schools across NSW to achieve these outcomes together.

 

Engagement Support Officer - Kristy Mills

Kristy started working for KidsMatter Primary in July 2012 as a temporary Administrative Assistant. After working with the team, Kristy became increasingly interested with KidsMatter and enjoys the friendly and social working environment. When the opportunity for a full time position was presented, Kristy was very excited to join the team and applied right away, and has been working for KidsMatter ever since.
